ISS signals today
I attempted to pick up the ISS tody on the afternoon pass and never got any voice, I did get about four different bursts of what sounded like packet or rms type sig. All receptions of the burst sigs were extemely strong across the horizon at different points of the pass. Does anyone know if they are back on the air, and if so are they on the generic frequencies.

Digipeating via RS0ISS-3, not RS0ISS-4
Finally heard the ISS digipeater switched back on 145.825 MHz today at 1958UTC 21st june 2011 over UK, but digipeater call was RS0ISS-3 and not the usual RS0ISS-4, also the signal was very weak although the pass was close to my QTH at 658 km.
Something has changed on board, but not sure what?

Is anyone Hearing or Making any Voice Contacts with ISS?
I have been trying for many ISS passes, over the last few days to make voice contacts on 2 meter 144.490 tx and 145.800 Rx using a 3 element yagi and a kenwood TM-261 with no luck of hearing a transmission or making a contact. I am new to this. Is anyone having any luck? Maybe I am doing something wrong? Are they not just communicating right now? I am using this site for Keps and also HRD, and there seems to be a difference in the time frame of the two models, one being ahead of the other. Any advice as to make these contacts with ISS would be greatly appreciated, i.e. specs etc.

What happened with the ISS
It used to send International Space Station (APRS/BBS) on, now it sends Atlantis&Nicole going home, from what I can figure out this message is from 2009 when Nicole Scott left the ISS onboard the shuttle Atlantis. I actually hope it isn't an accident and someone up there isn't afraid of the amateur equipment and will actually use it for voice contacts. The usual APRS beacons sent are a waste of time when packet/APRS contacts over the ISS digi are possible

Celetrak vs ICC Fan Club Keps
I just down loaded the latest Celetrak keps for ISS and noticed an 8 min difference in AOS. I am using HRD SatTrack and am showing ISS 8 mins later than it is showing on this website. I know there was a reboost yesterday. Shouldn't the celetrak keps be the latest?
Thanks,
Carl W8KRF
Update: I must be okay because ISS APRS was heard on time and I was able to work through it for the entire pass.
