ISS SSTV Frequencies

Hi everyone,

I listened for the ISS signals last night as it flew over South Africa - Nothing heard. I listened on 145.800 Mhz FM , also no APRS packet signals on 145.825 Mhz FM.

Are these frequencies correct? I'd really like to receive the SSTV pictures. No response on local forums re frequencies.

Voice last week

Has someone been able to contact ISS via voice in the last week ? I just hear the cosmonauts Saturday speaking russian on 143.625 to the Third Science Festival in Moscow (my location is aprox near Russia). I use 145.200 for uplink and 145.800 for downlink.

Another question : my power supply for the transciever is not so powerful, so I have only 10W of power. Is that sufficient?

Thanks.
