Hello.

Last saturday, 29 March, I've been spotting ISS in naked eye, as I usually do as weather permits.
To get my observation opportunities I following a link from Heavens-Above, created based on my location, in the north of in Portugal.
Here is the link to last saturday's spotting: http://www.heavens-above.com/PassDetails.asp?SatID=25544&lat=40.54305&ln...
Therefore, visible from aprox 19:23:02 to 19:28:44

Well, the sky was clearly fabulous, on that start of evening.
The stangest thing was that I saw a bright object, ca 1/10 the size of ISS, leading it by

PCSAT3 External ISS Telemetry/Comms System

Are the up-coming events plan by the Naval Academy such as the LAD-C/PCSat3 and SCIENCE still being planned as describe? There was a report once regarding RFI problems with these type projects. Looking for answers? Are there any issues with RFI and the projects slated for PCSAT3.
Hoping to read updates!
Thanks - Derek

ATV-1

Here all info from ESA news WEB about the next docking of ATV-1 to ISS.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Three steps to ATV docking
"The spacecraft is functioning perfectly, the team is very well trained and we are looking forward to an excellent first docking attempt on 3 April. It will be complex, but after our successful launch and early orbit phase, and the transfer to the parking orbit, the entire team here on the ground has gained a lot of confidence in themselves and in Jules Verne," says Alberto Novelli, ESA's Mission Director at the ATV Control Centre (ATV-CC) in Toulouse, France.

What is the function/purpose of the black and white bulls eyes stuck all over the outside of some modules?

Inside the station

I suppose this is not something you can find a technical quote for. In fact I kind of hope it isn't.

What does it actually sound like inside, let's say, Destiny?

No decibel levels allowed! Does it sound like a large office? Inside a car on the interstate? Waiting at the tracks while a train goes by (windows open/windows closed)? Starship Voyager? In front of an air conditioner? In bed with earplugs in? By a white noise sleep machine? ???

Somebody ask Peggy!
