recording 4-20-07 03:00z?
Did any one get a copy of the 03:00z pass on 4-20-07?
I had someone call ISS using our school club call so she could get her first ISS contact, and Charles came back to her (Kelly).
I'm not sure what happened, but I did not get the recording. I'd love a copy for Kelly since this was her first ISS contact.
Thanks for yor help!!

Well dont know who we need to get this started but I beleive we should have some T-Shirts and maybe stickers! Think we can do this?? Do we already have T-Shirts? Maybe the funds can go to help support the equipment on ISS??

How long will Simonyi be on ISS? I've been busy and haven't had many opportunities to try to work voice.

ISS crew often on 143.625Mhz
Hello All,
ISS crew often talking with Moscow flight control on 143.625Mhz (FM/N).
Also today (14 April) I heard crew in two passes.
20:29UTC Russian cosmonaut speaking Russian to Moscow flight control.
22:04UTC Space toerist Charles speaking english to Moscow flight control.
Most amateurs (or SWL) in europe can listen direct (via receiver) on 143.625Mhz.
People outside of europe can listen to PA3ANG (Holland) online receiver.
You can adjust online the freq. to 145.800 (FM/N) or 143.625Mhz (FM/N).
Warning!!! Please do not play with it on other times, cause many listen to other freqs!!!
ISS Radar Experiment
I have an idea for an experiment.
Why dont we try to track the Space Station uplinking a strong signal against it and listening to the passively reflected downlink?
I am sure that some of us could also compute the ISS trajectory and make home brew keplerian elements just examining the doppler effect.

Respect for others.
Tonight I was listening to see if NA1SS may pop up and became frustrated with what I was hearing. If NA1SS was on or called a CQ no one would have heard it. All I could hear was 3 or 4 people at a time calling there callsign out over and over and another ham calling NA1SS this is X7XX over and over. I think it is OK to toss your callsign out once in awhile but not over and over and give someone else a chance also for that contact. Out of my three contacts with NA1SS I called my callsign out once and the other two he called CQ. If I was Charles and heard all this crap I would ignore everyone and wait until I got to and area with respectful hams.
