ISS time dilation

This morning I stumbled upon a Albert Einstein twin paradox reading. Einstein took years to come out with this: If we placed a living organism in a box ... one could arrange that the organism, after any arbitrary lengthy flight, could be returned to its original spot in a scarcely altered condition, while corresponding organisms which had remained in their original positions had already long since given way to new generations. For the moving organism the lengthy time of the journey was a mere instant, provided the motion took place with approximately the speed of light.

WIFI on ISS

this may be a little on the wild side, but Iwould like your input I have been reading about homemade wifi connections with homemade antennas reaching over 100 miles with a 30mw signal. this could be interesting on ISS from the fact it would give lots of people that are not hams the capability of maybe joining in the fun. Me and a friend are starting to work on a antenna tomorrow to see what we can do. here are some links too look at.

Inconsistent ISS Pass Times

The posted ISS pass times for my QTH (Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada) on this site are early by about 15 to 20 minutes compared to the NASA site and other sites. I have confirmed this discrepancy visually.

Does anyone have an explanation for this difference? All times are UT. I would be most grateful.

Howard
