I just received a message about the incoming Taxi Crew Mission (Odissea).
Message was on the PMS system onboard ISS as a bulletin....

The three-man taxi crew is scheduled for launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome at 10:11 p.m. EST on Oct. 29. Docking is targeted for around midnight Nov. 1. Commander Sergei Zalyotin, Yuri Lonchakov and Belgian flier Frank DeWinne are delivering a fresh Soyuz lifeboat to.....

The crew of ISS will get a great view of the upcoming Leonids meteor shower in November

The ISS pms was off line for 6 days due to a tnc lock up. Valery power cycled the pms and then on the next orbit he loaded the
current date and time. No messages were lost. It seems that only the clock takes a hit when you power cycle.

Valery, sending me a message this afternoon, confirmed about a problem with the PMS during last week. The Commander re-powered the TNC and all seems ok.
Several messages are stored since this morning on the PMS.

I have received a message from ISS Commander Valery Korzun about the Hamradio Station Status during last week. The Packet Radio silence is continuing to being unknown. In the Valery's message there isn't a reference to the packet system.
