Third Party traffic
I could use a little help. I'm trying to get an idea of which countries permit third party traffic (communications by an unlicesed person while under the control of a licensed operator). This is to better my understanding of who the ISS crew would be permitted to talk with other than licensed operators.
A few questions I need for your country.
1. Does your country permit third party traffic between stations within your country?
2. Does your country permit third party traffic between your station and a station outside your country?
2a. If so, which ones?
3. Does your country have a link to the regulation regarding third party traffic?

Wanted: VIDEO McArthur AMSAT symposium!
Hello All,
Astronaut McArthur is invited for the Amsat symposium in San Fransisco.
http://www.amsat.org/amsat-new/symposium/2006Keynote.php
McArthur shall talk about his amateur radio adventures during his mission
in the ISS Space Station.

McArthur worked 130 DXCC countries, and all states (WAS) of America.

Sadly I can not join the Amsat symposium.
I wonder if there is someone who can record (good quality) VIDEO + AUDIO during
McArthur his speech.

VHF-2 (130.167 NFM) Now active for Soyuz Undock
Hi.
On my 19:48 UTC pass this evening (28 Sept) I copied very strong VHF-2 downlink - continiously from horizon to horizon. Mostly 59+60dB!.
If you listen out you may hear some of the undoc activity in the next hours directly.

RS0ISS recordings?
Does anyone have a recording of RS0ISS from today, 9-27-06 during the 15:30 UTC pass over the US? I am looking for copies of my school's QSO from MI (N8MS). My computer that was recording at home suffered a power-loss so I was not able to record it! I was so disappointed when I got home and found out it did not record!
KB8PXV--I did see that you had most of my QSO on your website that you posted for Kenneth. Thanks. At least it wasn't a total loss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have half a dozen kids that were so excited that I was asking their questions, they don't remember Ms Ansari's answers! We were all hoping to listen to the QSO again.

What was trailing ISS tonight??
Hi All,
I have seen the ISS at night hundreds of times now, over the years.
However, on tonights pass (Sun 24th Sept '06) at @23.09 there was TWO crafts visible, both which appeared to be travelling at the same speed. They were both as bright as each other, and a little bit apart.
I know Atlantis was up there recently, but it landed last week...
I have trawled all the Astronomy and ISS sites to try and find out what the second craft was, without success.
Anyone able to enlighten me please??
Thanks!
