Possible error in upcoming contact time? typo?

Hello all!

I was looking at this upcoming contact:

"A telebridge contact via VK5AZAI with students at PS97 Harvey Austin School in the Buffalo, New York, USA, sponsored by the National Urban Alliance for Effective Education (NUA), Syosset, New York, is scheduled for Tue 2016-03-01 at 16:45:18 UTC 53 deg. The scheduled astronaut is Tim Kopra, KE5UDN."

A quick sim in orbitron reveals that the ISS will be south of madegascar at this time...

Can anyone tell me why I am wrong or is this a real typo? Possible times could be 17:45, but this is not a 53 degree pass...

Confused,
KE7PHI
