Uplink for ISS

Hello forum room,

Just wanted to get some advise on the uplink for ISS for voice. what i have programmed is 145.800 for the downlink which I know is correct cause i hear bill everytime he is over. Just curious about the uplink, i have 144.490 but have yet to make a contact, is there a PL on this frequency, if not i will just keep trying with what i have. Thanks in advance for any replies......
