CONFIRMED: ISS PACKET OK OVER EUROPE
Just 5 minutes ago (Oct. 22, 2002 at 07:35 UTC) I worked ISS Packet System succesfully. Frequency is 145.825 MHz Simplex. Pass was only 5 degrees for my station but a good signal permitted me to send a message to Valery confirming that all is OK. This is a list of message received during this contact. Latest message was on October 15, 2002.
ISS PACKET ACTIVE AGAIN
We have received a message from Scott, WA6LIE saying: '...ISS is back on packet! Is using 145.825 simplex. No more West Coast passes for the day.

ISS Packet System will be temporarily QSY'ed
The ARISS team has agreed to a limited test of the ISS packet system as a
dual-hop constellation with PCsat. This means that the ISS packet system will be temporarily QSY'ed to the 145.825 MHz simplex frequency of the PCsat digipeater so that the two satellites can operate together.

Hello, only to advise that this night packet system was active but uplink frequency was on 145.200 MHz.
