HAve been listening to many loud passes over central N.C. with a Handheld radio and 1/4 wave ,When I getback home ECUADOR will be able to get into ISS ,what a thrill to listen so well with so little..(having trouble feeding audio level or to the uiss soft with audio card...any help) it will not decode and or prwovide Mheard data...??) 73 Ted hc5k/kg4lrj

Visiting Winston Salem NC and receiving ARISS with a 1/4 wave BAofeng Had held 100 % on all fair passes. Next trying to decode packets with UISS Soft-still fooling with levels and It records ok but does not DECODE clear and clean Packets...What I am doing wrong..??Levels and or need a circuit for the input to the LAPTOP.??
