I've been trying to find any information regarding experiments with magnetism in space.

Well, having now driven myself officially insane, I have a giant favor to ask...My grandson and I have been trying to set up the 710 to APRS the Space Station...I have followed several YouTube videos to the letter...I have a been using a good tracking program...In three nights of listening on 145.825 we have not heard a single packet, had a single "hit" on APRS...I know now that the VHF is down and the ISS is using 437.55...So do I simply change the Beacon Freq to that and transmit the Beacons as usual?

Just wondered if any one heard when the ISS packet will be back on VHF 145.825 mhz again? Guess they have the radio, just a matter of when they are going to do it?

10 MARCH : ARISS contact planned for Komotini, Greece

An International Space Station. contact has been planned for astronaut Shane Kimbrough KE5HOD with 3rd Junior High School, Komotini, Greece.

The event is scheduled Friday March 10, 2017 at approximately 08:20 UTC, time.

The contact will be operated by SV7APQ.

Names Cris and recently been getting more into saterlites and APRS Via sats.

Have had a bit of success with recieving aprs beacons and even got a couple of messages back form PSAT and an OE station but just can't seem to get digipeats over ISS or PSAT.

Every thing works fine over terrestrial but adding ARISS and other paths just dont seem to work and would appreciate a few pointers.

Using a MK 1 Yaesu VX 8R and Elk antenna.

Been over all the settings and just can't think why I am not being heard.

Any advice appreciated..

Anyone know why the UHF digitpeater has not been active on the ISS? The reboost has been done and I think the supply vessels are not an issue right now so.... any one know?
