Maybe this explains the apparent silence of ISS in the last days. Even that, yesterday, I succeed to sent an APRS packet via APRS, using the same simplex freqency.

Hello everyone.
Assuming that the aprs packet data is TX to the ISS, how many seconds or minutes does it takes to hear your own burst of packet after being digipeated by the Space Station?
My QTH is in the Philippines, i hear only the station's burst of packet with an interval of 2 mins. Not like the ones i hear and see (many burst)in youtube of fellow hams RX the packet data.

Hello,
my friends and I are taking part at a game that is organized of the Sziget Festival in Hungary.
The goal in this game is, that you have to complete 100 Missions with your Team.
And one Mission is to get a photo of a real Austronaut in space, which holds a paper with "I love Sziget" on it.

Hi all,
New to the forum and have been playing around with SSTV for some months now but decided to have a shot at RXing the ISS SSTV images using an RLT-SDR USB Stick, a Windows 8 Laptop, a Discone antenna and SDR# software.
I began RXing the image just as the ISS was passing by here in Lincolnshire in the UK and stopped RXing it when it was passing over Turkey.

At 25W or so, you will be hearing the ISS from very low elevations as you record the 183-second
broadcasted images.
