short description:

ISS is football field sized man made satellite, in fact 3rd Brightest object in space (after Sun & Moon) which can be viewed with naked eye.

Sorry this is so long. I am not that knowledgeable about APRS and what I am trying to do which is tie UISS to SatGate to the Internet. I thnk I know the path from the time I send a packet to the ISS until it gets to the Internet, but not sure of parameters to make it happen.

My main questions/concerns
- I cannot connect to the APRS Host Server - SatGate.APRSIS.NET - See Below
- What should go in Filter on APRS IS Server Panel in SatGate?
- How do I know the correct port is being used by the correct module? - See Below

Did you know there are hams in the new expedition 38 crew ?

I'm trying to contact iss using an handled 5 watt power radio and the original rubber antenna.
It's tehoretically possible?
