Satellites on (near) 145.825
Seems some folks are hearing signals on 145.825 that are not from the ISS. This is possible since NO-44 (PCSAT) and UO-11 also transmit near the 145.825 frequency. If you hear something on 145.825, you might check a tracking program to see which satellite is (or is not) in range.

Cargo Craft Undocks
An unpiloted Russian Progress resupply craft undocked Tuesday from the International Space Station to set the stage for the arrival of a new Progress cargo vehicle on Sept. 10.
The ISS Progress 38 cargo craft, loaded with trash and other items for disposal, undocked from the aft end of the station’s Zvezda service module at 7:22 a.m. EDT. Russian flight controllers will conduct thruster tests with the Progress to gather engineering data before sending it to a fiery descent Monday over the Pacific Ocean.
How to use ISS repeater? Help

Its been a long time between drinks hearing the ISS over Australia, do they turn off the repeaters?
I have from time time left the APRS decoder going and sometimes get a packet on 145.825 FM.
Back about 3 years ago the UHF up link with VHF down was working fine lots of use it got, and for no reason gone,
