Setting up a TS-850S
Hello,
This is Alex, KC4JFA. I just purchased a TS-790A and can't seem to figure out how to set the odd frequency shift for the ISS.
When I push the offset button, I am getting several offsets but none that are near the 1.32 shift. Is there something I am missing in the manual or is there some kind of hack that I need to do to get this rig to work for me. I set the 145.800 REC but can't seem to figure out how to input the 144.49 XMIT???!!! GRRRRRRR.

The local Radio Amateurs gathered, hoping to see a visible pass. We were double blessed, because we managed a partial voice contact (Colonel didn't log our full callsign it seems, as we were running low transmit power), but we saw a stunning 88 degree elevation visible pass over Kingston Jamaica.
