Soyuz Will Bring Crew Home in May
NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe told a Congressional hearing Thursday on Capitol Hill that the three Expedition Six crewmembers, who were originally scheduled to return home in March aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis during the STS-114 mission, will now return to Earth aboard the Soyuz TMA-1 craft in early May.
Progress Vehicle Boosts Station Orbit
The engines of a Russian Progress spacecraft were used Tuesday to boost the International Space Station's altitude. The unpiloted vehicle, which docked with the station Feb. 4 hauling supplies for the Expedition Six crew, also carried additional fuel to raise the station's orbit.
Progress 10 successfully docked
Progress 10 resupply craft successfully docked to the International Space Station today 4 Febr. Two days after it was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
The cargo ship linked up to the aft port of the Zvezda Service Module at 8:49 a.m. CST (1449 GMT) following a flawless automated approach to the complex. The Progress is carrying a ton of food, fuel and supplies for the Expedition 6 crew on board the ISS. At the time of docking, the ISS was flying 240 statute miles over central Asia.
Progress 10 Launches today 02-02-2002
The Progress 10 cargo ship filled with supplies and equipment launched from Kazakhstan at 6:59 a.m. CST (1259 GMT) Sunday and is en route to the International Space Stationand is slated to dock to the aft end of the Zvezda Service Module at 8:50 a.m. CST (1450 GMT) Tuesday.

The tenth Russian Progress resupply vehicle to the International Space Station is scheduled to dock at approximately 9:55 a.m. EST, Tuesday, Feb. 4.

During the upcoming week 27 jan, the crew will prepare for the departure of the Progress 9 cargo ship, which is slated to undock from the station Feb. 1. Progress 9 will be filled with trash and other unneeded items, and its departure will make room for the arrival of the Progress 10 cargo ship. The new Progress is slated to launch from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, on Feb. 2 and arrive at the station Feb. 4
