12 Feb contact to school in Vilnius - Lithuania !
I watched the YouTube stream instead as the weather was too poor to get outside. It was a good example of short Q/A on both sides.

ISS Radio Report 44597
2018-01-31 ISS crew member Scott Tingle OR4ISS answering question from students as recorded on Kenwood TH-D74 with stock antenna during driving car back home from work through the front glass. Doppler effect was not compensated, because it was not possible during driving and that is the reason I took only about 2 minutes.

Where is the ISS Packet ..
Hello,
you will find some informations from ARISS right here:
http://qrznow.com/ariss-space-station-aprs-packet-system-currently-off-l...Seems we will have to be patient if packet system does'nt want to gently restart...
-
Where is the ISS Packet ..
Your antenna will reach any other satellite, both packet radio and voice. Learn to work other satellites, there are lots to use and no need to wait for ISS to get back up. You are missing out if you don't.
-
Where is the ISS Packet ..
Does anyone have any information about ISS Packet resuming service. I'm planning to build an antenna for ISS but don't want to waste time and materials.

Where is the ISS Packet ..
This was the latest posting on Twitter 19 Dec 2017. So no further news since then.
Crew powered on #ARISS packet at 12:50 GMT but no stations report RX. May be acting up again. Looking forward to replacement in 2018.

What was trailing ISS tonight??
It is the the Chinese space station TIANGONG-2 which is 7 minutes behind the ISS . Saw both of them last evening during the evening pass over Bangalore, India

What was trailing ISS tonight??
I saw it, too (from San Diego 5:26 p.m. PST), and checked the NASA TV site for info: the Space-X Dragon was launched this morning with cargo, and will be captured by ISS at 1:30 a.m. PST (televised on NASA TV). I believe what we saw was the Dragon maneuvering into place for that capture.

What was trailing ISS tonight??
Sorry, I just realized the original post was from Sept. 2006. Anyway, I saw this tonight, Dec. 16, 2017 from zip 92020 (San Diego, CA). The second object was about 1/3 as bright as the ISS in the eastern sky. Just wondering if anyone saw this.
-
What was trailing ISS tonight??
I saw the same object behind the ISS. It was about 5 to 10 seconds behind in the same orbit and mostly visible when the ISS was in the eastern sky. I live in the 92020 zip code and the satellite was visible tonight about 17:25 PST. The SpaceX launch was yesterday and is supposed to dock with ISS tomorrow. What we saw could be the SpaceX satellite trailing the ISS....just a thought.

Where has the predicted pass gone?
The Chrome developer console points to the problem:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.issfanclub.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
2www.issfanclub.com/:50 A parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, https://ssl.google-analytics.com/ga.js, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details. In fact, https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js' does work.
I tried to tell Chrome to allow it to load over http on this site, but that did not help.
I cannot tell Safari to do this.
I think the fix is simple: change http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js to https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js -

Where has the predicted pass gone?
It's also been mentioned near bottom of this page that it's not working in Google Chrome as well.
Mine shows predicted passes is fully working in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 only. It's NOT working under Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on both Samsung I7 Laptop and Asus Tablet running Windows 10 and it's also NOT working at all under any browsers in Windows 7 on another pc. Clearly something amiss on this site.?
As can be seen in links below of Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 under Windows 10 and Android ISS Detector
