I saw stations via PCSAT2 (via PSK!!!).

ISS Amateur Radio

Hello All,

Yessss I saw PSK stations via the -PCSAT2 PSK repeater! (via soundcard!).
I controlled doppler with my hand, the FM mode is broad (so it's easy), and maybe the stations corrected doppler on the uplink.
I received the stations with WinPSK 2.13
Uplink: 29.402 PSK-31 Downlink: 435.275 FM-PSK
73's Cor PD0RKC.

ISS PCSAT2 PSK-31 Transponder is enabled.

Space News

From AMSAT Website:
SAREX PSK-31 users are welcome to try out the new PCSAT2 PSK-31 transponder on ISS with an uplink on 29.402 +/- 1 KHz and downlink on 435.275 +/- Doppler using FM .

The FM downlink lets everyone operate full duplex and everyone to see the same view of the passband as everyone else. Thus you can see exactly what your signal looks like to everyone else.

ISS PCSAT2 repeater active!

ISS Amateur Radio

Hello All,

The PCSAT2 is operational for amateurs via the PCSAT2 PSK repeater.
Uplink PSK 29.402Mhz (PSK).
Downlink PSK 435.275Mhz (FM).

Look at this nice ISS & PCSAT2 picture:

You see a little suitcase (PCSAT2) with antenna near the ISS solar panel.

Doppler correction is requered, the best manner is to use a cat control transceiver with Hamradio de Luxe or other doppler control software.
