Shuttle Fleet Grounded
NASA administrator Sean O'Keefe, for his part stressed that the independent Columbia Accident Investigation Board would have the final word as to when the space shuttle fleet, grounded since February 1, would fly again.

Space Shuttle Risk Assesment Report Available Online
The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) is again making available a report commissioned by NASA about the risk to space shuttles from damage to the spacecraft's protective tiles.
