HELP ME FOR GP !!

Hi,
Thanks to reading for my messages.
My second PC Operating sys is DOS.
And now I'm loaded to GP prg in my HDD , but I dont run at gp program (V 1.61)
Because following message on the screen :

not able to install system language ""
program aborted !
Error : TFPCX not loaded.

Why ?..
My Hdd inside loaded : Only ,Dos 7.00 ,Win95 and Gp software.

Help me please !!

HELP - 2

Must be doing something wrong here: been trying to get on packet with ariss and no luck must be doing it wrong.
Anyone have any ideas? Using a kam plus with a ic-2000h and UI view32. tried all kinds of unproto such as:
CQ,Ariss,Sgate,Wide
CQ,RS0ISS-3
APRS VIA ARISS
ARISS,APRSSAT,WIDE
And still no luck... even varied output from 5-40 watts still nothing.

Any ideas? .. anyone..
