By the way, yesterday I saw the most interesting NASA ISS TV coverage ever. The crew laboriously video-taped a complete TOOL inventory. He opened every drawer and every kit. Opened every pouch and noted every tool.....

NASA TV Features Space Station Briefing, Spacewalk

ISS Amateur Radio

NASA will discuss the Expedition Six crew's activities in a briefing on Jan. 14, beginning at 1 p.m. CST (1900 GMT). Topics covered during the briefing will include Expedition Six's spacewalk, which is slated to occur about 6 a.m. CST (1200 GMT) Jan. 15. NASA TV will provide coverage of both events.

Heard Don finish up a school contact in MT during the 1700 UTC pass on Jan 8 and then worked a few random contacts across the US. It appears that the radio is fine so one can only assume the TNC is OFF or locked up. Next person to work NA1SS ask them to check the TNC.
