After my first posting, ISS PMS was still on an was able to DIGI to GND but, there is still something wrong as I've noted in the last 2 times I've heard the system on. It seems to be hard of hearing.like the squelch is very tight.
I hit ISS PMS @ 0022z on a 90 deg pass and heard by N1BHX DIGI.
On next pass with system still on but it would'nt respond, tried 3 up-links an still nothing, yet the beacon was very strong. Anyone have an Idea ?? phase II op freqs in use ?? 73 all. KB1GVR Description:

ISS Packet
ISS packet was on @ 2250z 18/11/03 on an eastcoast pass off Maine, I hit it twice but, either there is'nt any digis listening or it was to far off shore.
I've hit the station many times in the past while its far off the eastcoast to use the mailbox an worked Bill CU2JL on the Azores via ISS.
Nice to hear some voice an packet again,..soon my friends it will be better then ever with phase II ops coming. 73 all de Mark KB1GVR.
