After my first posting, ISS PMS was still on an was able to DIGI to GND but, there is still something wrong as I've noted in the last 2 times I've heard the system on. It seems to be hard of hearing.like the squelch is very tight. I hit ISS PMS @ 0022z on a 90 deg pass and heard by N1BHX DIGI. On next pass with system still on but it would'nt respond, tried 3 up-links an still nothing, yet the beacon was very strong. Anyone have an Idea ?? phase II op freqs in use ?? 73 all. KB1GVR
