PMS Busy, Crew needs to log off

RS 12/13 Satellite Silent
The Russian RS 12/13 satellite, long a popular "easysat" because of it's downlinks on 10 and 2 meters and uplinks on 2 and 15 meters, is off the air and unofficial reports say it may be dead.
