The ISS has transmitted SSTV worldwide in the past but most of the recent activations of SSTV have been tied to a Russian experiment and are targeted for that area of the world. I don't consider SSTV to be "dead" on the ISS although there are some intermittent hardware problems, there have been some pictures received this year, most activity is subject to crew interest and free time so different crews bring different levels of activity to all modes.

Is one to assume that SSTV is dead on the ISS? Is there any reason to dedicate a radio, Yagi, and SignaLink to ISS STV?
