downlink/uplink frequency

What are the usual downlink and uplink frequencies for packet radio please. Do these change.

ISS Packet 145.825

ISS is normally on 145.825 simplex for packet operations. Changes are rare (and some are by accident) but for the most part, when the packet system is active it will be on 145.825.

It does change (by accident may be)

I have heared the ISS on Packet radio on 144.925 some times (a week or so ago and yesterday about 2300Z over Cuba.)

Decoded packets

Did you actually decode packets from the ISS on that frequency or just hear packet (that could have come from another satellite)?
