Nice you publish the voice recordings on ISSFANCLUB (tnx!).
If you correct doppler it would sound much better.
The audio in the begining sounds a bit distorted, I asume you do not
correct doppler.
With high ISS elevation orbits start to listen at 145.803Mhz RX-downlink if the ISS
just comes in your range (AOS).
If you have only an 5khz steps FM radio than start to listen at 145.805Mhz RX-downlink.
If the ISS comes closer to you than switch over to 145.800.
If the ISS is 2 or 3 minutes away from you to the east than switch over
to 145.797Mhz, with 5khz steps radio you can adjust the RX downlink-freq to 145.795Mhz.
Renember this is only for receiving, for TX Frequencies see above in the ISSFANCLUB menu!

Thanks for your suggestion, but this recording was made while i was away from home. I couldn't correct the doppler effect.
My receiver is constant monitoring 145.800 MHz. When it receives something, my computer records it.

Understand you where away while the receiver was on.
I do not know what radio you use, if it is an advanced with CAT control you might
consider to correct the doppler freq. automatic (I asume Ham Radio De Luxe can do).
