STS-113 Status Report #3 - Nov. 24, 2002
Endeavour's crew spent its first full day in space preparing for its arrival at the International Space Station. Endeavour, now 1,400 miles behind the station and closing, is scheduled to dock at 3:26 p.m. Central time Monday.
Packet System ACTIVE with another uplink

Sure Valery forgot the system with 145.200 MHz UPLINK (Voice Operations). Probably USA stations on www.ariss.net used this uplink to digipeat the frames.
You can try this frequency because in this moment the Crew is sleeping and there isn't way to inform about it.
