Heard him answering questions during 2 passes over North America from my QTH in Michigan. I assume they were the scheduled school contacts as he never mentioned any callsigns, only boys/girls names, that is why I did not call him.
Second pass was at 1:20pm local time or 17:20 Zulu. Second pass was only at 8.8º max elevation but they were strong signal S9+ for about 9 minutes. I'm using an 8 element Cubex Quad on VHF.
