ISS Radio Report 40872

Date/Time:
2 years 37 weeks ago
Mode:
PACKET
Status:
ACTIVE
Description:
Packet Radio heard during ISS pass over Montreal, Canada (from 18:03 to 18:09 UTC). The ISS packet callsign doesnt showed up on my PC screen, as it normally do when I hear a packet radio beacon. But the signal was strong. So I will try again on their next pass... maybe I need to adjust something on my side. Anyway, it is good to hear them back on the air. Packet Radio allows me to test reception/transmission between my radio and the ISS, but my final objective is to establish, one day, a short ham radio contact with an astronaut aboard ISS. Thanks and good luck to everyone. De Chris, VE2VAE.
