Orbit 86121: 51 degree elevation pass spinward from Austin, EM10ai. Local Conditions very Poor - Very Strong inversion also West of Austin. Weak RS0ISS only. Then lots of packets late in pass as ISS headed North Tunnel South worked out great in the end - Heard: W8KRF-6, XE3ISS-10, LW1EB late in pass!.
