Flight Engineer Mike Fossum stowed spacewalk tools in the Quest airlock and unpacked gear from the docked ISS Progress 42 cargo craft. Fossum also inspected the Waste and Hygiene Compartment (WHC) after it was restored to service. The WHC temporarily failed when a circuit breaker tripped during maintenance work on Tuesday.

I have noticed over the last couple of days that the signals from ARISSat-1 have become very poor and hardly discernible. Is there a reason for this. I'm afraid I can only listen in with my scanner and an external discone ariel which has always given me good results with the ISS.

Nice bright overhead pass just before sunrise here in eastern Pennsylvania, USA, a rare opportunity to both see and hear the ISS. First time hearing Ron Garan on the radio talking to students in Italy. Listening on a heldheld scanner with a 1/4-wave mag-mount mobile antenna, recorded with a digital voice recorder. slowdownracer KB3VQP
