FGB ham radio relocated to the Columbus module?
I'm not sure if this is related to voice or not but I saw this Tweet today:
RF2Space: The former FGB ham radio system has been relocated into the Columbus module on the ISS.
Anyone have any idea what an "FGB ham radio system" is and what this means for people who want to contact the ISS crew?

Packet on 145.8270 from Navy-Oscar 44
During the ISS pass of today 27 april 2011 at 18.10 UTC over Europe I received Packet signals, this time not at 145.8250 from ISS but at 145.8270 from Navy-Oscar 44.
Cargo Craft Launches as Crew Prepares for Space Shuttle
The ISS Progress 42 resupply craft launched Wednesday morning to replenish the International Space Station. Launch was at 9:05 a.m. EDT (7:05 p.m. Kazakhstan time) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. The Russian cargo craft will dock to the Pirs docking compartment at 10:29 a.m. Friday.
