I need any project for Tx in 70cm. I want contact in repeater the ISS

I am Hector Luis Martinez Sis, CO6CBF. I live in Cienfuegos City. I am 20 years old.
I worked the International Space Station in Voice, Packet and I received SSTV.
My first contact in Voice was three years ago. Recently on October 22, 2008 I contacted with W5KWQ, Richard Garriot on ISS. In Those days I received his fantastic picture in SSTV. What a beautiful moments!

I received the repeater very strong but I not have radio for uplink in 70 cm. I desire much having.
I need any project for your construction. I hope do my dream.
