If all goes as planned, Japanese businessman and entrepreneur Daisuke "Dice-K" Enomoto will become the fourth civilian space traveler later this summer. He's scheduled to go into space September 14 with International Space Station Expedition 14's NASA astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria, KE5GTK, and Russian cosmonaut Mikhail Tyurin, RZ3FT. Space Adventures is coordinating Enomoto's orbital spaceflight for which it's believed he's paid in the vicinity of $20 million. Now undergoing training in Russia, Enomoto will be the first civilian from Asia to visit the ISS and possibly the first person to go into space dressed as a cartoon character.

In the last days hams have sended me 4 ISS SSTV pictures.

I hope SSTV can switched on for a full day at a weekend, cause many
people are intrested to receive the ISS SSTV pictures.
In case if it is possible I hope it can be anounced on sarex, issfanclub etc....

Keep in mind the ISS SSTV system is in test situation so not 24 hours
per day active.
