ISS STATUS 25 MAY 2005
Expedition 11 spent last week performing maintenance, experiments and ensuring the International Space Station has plenty of oxygen. The crew is also preparing for the arrival of a Russian Progress cargo vehicle on June 18, as well as the Space Shuttle's Return to Flight on July 13.Commander Sergei Krikalev and Flight Engineer John Phillips repaired the Station's treadmill after detecting a faulty restraint cable. The crewmembers performed a variety of biomedical experiments. They also inspected fire extinguishers and monitored carbon dioxide and formaldehyde levels.

Hi all
I apologize for not getting a proper audio feed from the 5/24/2005 ISS - Coronado school contact into the EchoLink AMSAT and EDU_NET servers.
The date of the contact had been advanced by two days, and I did not notice it. When I was made aware of the new date and time on Tuesday morning, I was not able to get out of an appointment that I had for the time of the event.
September Shuttle Launch May Delay Next ISS Crew
The planned Sept. 27 launch of the next International Space Station crew might be pushed back to create an opportunity for a shuttle mission in September.
