ACTIVE Description:
Active 0855+ but PMS is evidently sensing that the channel is busy so does not transmit.
I feel the ISS remains harder to work than Mir was. I can not hear her very long when dopplering +5 KHz. This must be because of its architecture and the station's angle of approach, when in a 51 degree inclination orbit to my 52 degree latitude.
