Joe Acaba's failed attempt to contact KE4ZXW at the Virginia Air and Space Center on 2012-06-26 at 18:27 UT

I heard Joe give the call signs 3 times while he was within range, but that was it. Using my handheld scanner with a mobile 1/4 wave mag-mount antenna. I see in the ARISS report there was an unidentified problem.

ISS cross-band repeater, 29 December 2005 @ 0058 UTC

Recorded by Patrick WD9EWK/VA7EWK from Phoenix, Arizona USA [DM43ao]. I used an Icom IC-W32A HT at 5W with an Arrow Antennas handheld Yagi to record this pass (and make some QSOs during the pass).

VE1AMA making a double Garriott family QSO

On this MP3 file and on my web page (for the complete audio pass)at www.qsl.net/ve2dwe you
will hear the October 15 1759utc ISS pass where Richard
Garriott is having a QSO with VE1AMA who also contacted his father W5LFL Owen
Garriot couple of years ago. I was able to get Richard just at
the end of the pass.
