The Expedition Six crew returned to Houston, Texas, on Wednesday. Commander Ken Bowersox, Flight Engineer Nikolai Budarin and NASA ISS Science Officer Don Pettit will continue physical rehabilitation and debriefings. They had been in Star City, Russia, since their 161-day mission ended on May 3.

Aboard the International Space Station, the Expedition Seven crew -- Commander Yuri Malenchenko and NASA ISS Science Officer Ed Lu -- participated in a hearing assessment test. Lu also took sound level readings at 41 locations throughout the orbital outpost.

In other activities, Lu performed another run with the Investigating the Structure of Paramagnetic Aggregates from Colloidal Emulsions, or InSPACE, experiment. This session was performed in the station’s Microgravity Science Glovebox. InSPACE is a physical science experiment that is studying how particles respond to an external magnetic field.

Malenchenko cleaned the components of the Russian ventilation system and performed a test on a carbon dioxide removal system.
