I think it is normal to delay a launch after a problem as that in Plesetsk considering the fact that three Cosmonauts will be onboard.

Soyuz U spacecraft that failed is a bit different to the version Soyuz FG.

In details, except for the improved fuel-injection system used in the engines of the Soyuz-FG, the rocket is identical to the Soyuz-U vehicle. However, Russian officials emphasized that launchers assigned for manned missions have much more rigorous certification and inspections during the assembly and processing.

Investigators will take at least two to three days to arrive at a preliminary conclusion on why one of the rocket's first-stage engines failed, causing the vehicle to crash.

Maybe today or tomorrow the Crew will return in Star City from Baykonur and

it is a signal about a probable launch delay.
