I also heard the New Mexico contact full quieting on my GE MPA handheld w/standard rubber duckie. Only missed the last couple of minutes as it passed below my horizon. Second one I've heard in Phoenix AZ. Still trying (over a year) to catch a voice contact. Walter, KD7BJJ
