This is my third contact with Col. Wheelock onboard the International Space Station. My first recording was with my cell phone. Not very good
audio. I purchased a digital recorder and this contact was recorded with the digital recoder.

Other stations worked include the following: N6VXM, N7RP, K6JGY, WS6P, KI6OBE and KD6AZD.

Contact with NA1SS "Col. Doug Wheelock"

Hello everybody ,

In my very first attempt to contact with ISS I got it !! , I have very limited set-up for satellite work ( you can see on qrz.com) but past september,6 at 21:44z I got a very nice and clear qso with NA1SS , you can heard the audio file , in the first over you can not heard my call because I start record when I heard that NA1SS but in the second over you can heard very , very nice.

Some XE´s Stations contacted wity Col Wheelock in a very bad pass at least for Mexico City area.

Were contacted XE2MVS, XE1R, XE1RCS (Radio Club Satelite Station), XE1GRR, XE1GZU, N7IWB.
also too heard something about a Ki ???? University (AMATEUR RADIO CLUB ) ????.

XE1R, XE1AO and XE1RCS make a nice QSO with Col. Wheelock on September 3, 2010 at 2140 UTC.

Few more stations form U.S.A. were contacted.

This is my third QSO with Col. Wheelock with my personal call, and first of XE1RCS operated by myself (RADIO CLUB SATELITE. A.C. oficial station).

Also too Omar XE1AO in Colima make a nice contact.

I started calling for NA1SS as the pass started for me at 2159 UTC. Just after 2200 UTC Doug came on the radio. He heard my call for NA1SS, and asked for "Whiskey Kilo". I had a nice quick chat with him. Doug mentioned he was accompanied by his Russian crewmates Sasha Skvortsov, Misha Korniyenko, and Fyodor Yurchikhin. At the end of our QSO, the Russian ISS commander, Sasha Skvortsov, said some words to me in Russian.
