ISS packet system not active!
I also tested the cross-band repeater freqs but
it did not came alive in the whole pass.
I hope it will be fixed soon!

0300 UTC not active - I suspect the radio is in repeater mode but the time out timer has engaged due to squelch sensitivity issues. I'll try to get this worked out soon.

Some indications (not confirmed at this point) are that repeater mode may be active. Give it a shot. 437.80 uplink - 145.80 downlink.

Yesterday there was a VHF test for Soyuz radio,
I asume they switched hamradio off so no interference.
Probably they forgotten to turn on packet!
So we have to wait.
I trie to monitor(today)143.625Mhz, this freq is
often used for ISS to moscow, but nothing heard.
