Tracking Issues (was Help please)

Thank you all for reading my request. For some years I have followed the ISS Fan club and still to this day enjoy the writings of all memebers. But recently installed W-7 Professional 64 bit and ever since when I sign in, I receive a small window upon opening which says and I quote:-
Could not find your Location: ZERO_RESULTS

If you can shed any light on wher or what I have done wrong I would be most appreciative de Gary ZL1KJ

HamTV Project to Open 'A New Era' for ARISS

ARISS

The Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS http://ariss.rac.ca/) program hopes an Amateur Radio digital TV system will be up and running aboard the International Space Station by later this year. A project initiated by AMSAT-Italy http://www.amsat.it/, HamTV would provide one-way video and audio from the ISS to complement the FM radio voice link used for ARISS school group radio contacts.
