June 26th

Did someone forget to pull the plug.

See a lot of excitement of packet from the ISS back on VHF 145.825. Did someone forget up there to pull the plug today after the school contact. I monitor these frequencies and seems that the reports are accurate of activity. Just saying after all the discussion on switching to UHF til September....

Joe Acaba (NA1SS) Calling KE4ZXW Virginia Air & Space Center on 26 June 2012 at 1821 UTC

Joe Acaba (NA1SS) unsuccessfully calling KE4ZXW Virginia Air & Space Center for a school contact on 26 June 2012 at 1821 UTC. I am uploading this for N5VHO, KE4ZXW and others who might be trying to figure out what happened during this failed scheduled contact. Note that NA1SS was transmitting APRS packets in addition to the voice transmissions, and these are included in the recording.

Good luck troubleshooters!
