QSO sched

hi

I am aware of the schdule showing that for a while the ISS is going to be in special crossband mode.

Is there any exceptions to this (not counting the scheduled class room stuff)?

By that I mean, would any direct QSO's be taking place when the astronauts get a break and just have a ham to ham QSO direct??

If so is there any schedules for this?? I wanted to work a ham on board and wonder how do i figure out when they might be 'free' and playing w/the radio?

Lastly how do i know what mode they would be in? I'd go nuts if i heard them calling cq and was on the wrong freq up
